Stout and oyster festival at Johnnie Fox's

I remember being very surprised some years back when Tony McMahon, the proprietor of Johnnie Fox's told me they sold more smoked salmon that some of Dublin's biggest hotels.

Serving seafood to the masses in the Dublin mountains has turned Fox's into a phenomenon, and I suppose it was only a matter of time before they started a festival.

So from 1st to the 5th of November you can indulge in oysters and stout, with daily seafood specials in Joohnnie Fox's. It promises to be a lot of fun and if you really want to make a night of it they have a bus bringing people nightly.

To add to the attraction, oysters are only €1 each for the duration. What more could you ask for?
