Salamanca tapas restaurant in Dublin is celebrating 15 years in business and have designed, compiled and published their own cook book to mark the occasion.
We had a sneak peak before last nights launch and even wrote a little endorsement.
When Paolo reviewed Salamanca a few years back he mentioned his time in Sitges and how the dishes in Salamanca were authentic and faithful. I have foound the same to be the case, and it is as good an example of typical Spanish tapas as you will find.
Now you can re create the flavours at home with this collection of accessible recipes. Simple patatas bravas, interesting croquettas or more chalenging paella or ooulpa de Gallego, its all here with fabulously coulourful photos by Agnes Chvojka from aggiesfoodstudio.com
You can buy the book in Salamanca restarant, its the perfect Christmas gift for a foodie frriend and it is available online at www.salamanca.ie.
