Conor Dempsey, Amuse Restaurant, Dawson Street D2.

Conor opened Amuse over a year ago now, and has won many fans and awards since. Voted best newcomer at the RAI awards, they also featured in our best meals of the year for 2014. Conor’s food is innovative and features an Eastern twist, while the tasting menu is one of the high points on the Dublin culinary scene.

You can read our review here, or visit their website at www.amuse.ie, and here are Conor’s top five picks for different occasions, from the fine dining to a meal out with the children.

L’Astrance, 4 Rue Beethoven, 75016 Paris, France

3 Michelin Star restaurant in Paris. Best most underrated 3 star possibly in France. Been there a few times and each time new innovative dishes on, full of surprises! Cant speak highly enough of the chef Pascal Barbot. Love the Asian influence in his cooking too! Find out more here.
